Anne Klein Barney
has
a BA degree in foods and nutrition, a culinary certificate from LaVarenne, Ecole
de Cuisine in Paris and a Masters in Marketing Communication from the University
of St. Thomas. Anne began her career as a food stylist and home economist for
Campbell Soup Company. She continued to build her experience and expertise in
the area of product and recipe development and food marketing with companies
such as General Mills, Golden Grain, Fresh Express and the Lamb Council. She
expanded her consulting in product marketing and public relations with Royal
Robbins, Inc, the Almond Board of California, Back In the Saddle and the
California Milk Processor Board.
Anne taught marketing at California State University and has been a media
spokesperson for food, fitness and equestrian products.
